She focuses on delivering superior customer experience and loyalty through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies.

Prior to joining Lavoya, Zayed handled various high level Human Resources tasks across renowned organizations most notably Meraas and Shamal. During his HR journey, he gained a tremendous depth and breadth of business experience in different industries including but not limited to F&B, Hospitality, Leisure & Entrainment, Marine and Real Estate.

Having spent most of his career working for 5* hotel chains managing IT operations and openings of hotels, Dylan’s role with Lavoya focuses on driving innovation through identifying the latest industry technologies and successfully integrating them into the fabric of the organization.

Bilal has spent most of his career working for 5 Stars Hotels. He has over 6 years of experience in Cost Controlling. Bilal is responsible for Cost management and Inventory Management for Lavoya restaurants.

Mohammad Regional Brand Manager – Dave’s Hot Chicken

Holding 16+ years of rich experience in managing the operation for international F&B brands such as Mc Donald’s in Lebanon and Five Guys Burgers & Fries in KSA and Qatar, Mohammad looks after Dave’s Hot Chicken launch and expansion in the GCC.
